Just started using FTX. I've used other apps, Cryptocom, Kraken, BinanceUS, Nexo, and I have had Coinbase for about 6 years.
FTX has been pretty damn smooth. Thumbs up.

2021.12.03 13:25 dilllwt On the water post: Force application for different boats
Tl;dr: How have you been taught the drive phase in different boats? E.g., 8+, 4+, 4-, 2-, 1x etc
At my current club we mainly row in 8+. However, lately we've done a few sessions in smaller boats. The squad come from lots of different backgrounds, some schoolboys, some club, mostly uni rowers. We are all mainly from the UK but there are some internationals too. It seems to me that the application of force in the 8+ seems to be taught in a fairly consistent way since everyone seems to be more or less on the same page despite the differences. For an 8+ everyone agrees, frontloaded, most force comes from the leg drive, and should be applied in the first half of the stroke.
In smaller boats though, everyone seems to have a different idea on what makes the boat move best. 4+ isn't too far off the 8+, but as soon as people go coxless people seem to have been taught a drive phase that's more focussed on peak force midway through the stroke, or even approaching the finish.
Does rowing have a consensus? How have you been taught for different boats?
I personally favour a frontloaded stroke regardless of the boat size, provided the crew is able to get connected at the catch. I was thinking maybe it is taught differently in smaller boats because this requires more finesse? What do you think?
